1-year warranty and 10-year quality assurance.
We provide a 1-year warranty for the product purchased by you starting from the date of purchase, covering any quality problems arising from product production or material defect. In case of any problems arising in the warranty period, please let us know and we’ll provide a product exchange without any additional charge.
The warranty provided covers all quality problems of parts affecting function of the products unless such issues are caused by long-term use, wrong operation, omission or accidents. Any damages arising from separating or decomposing our products (or their ancillary accessories) shall not be subject to the warranty. In case of warranty claim, reasonable evidence is required to certify the product bought by you is within the warranty period.
Please your original purchase invoice and quality guarantee card within such period as these materials are evidence of the warranty.
10-year Quality Assurance
As an extension of the 1-year warranty provided by EXWELL, the 10-year quality assurance means to provide our customers who ever bought EXWELL products the right whereby they can re-purchase any one EXWELL product with a price 50% off to the extent the product originally bought by him/her has any non-artificial problems starting from the 2nd year to the 10th year after his/her purchase.
